Below are the most frequently asked questions (FAQ) that we receive. Please contact us if your questions are not addressed below. We want to provide you with the ultimate experience and welcome your questions or concerns.
Where is the convention located?
Fear Fete and Gamer Fete is located at the MS Coast Convention Center in Biloxi, Mississippi. Other events will be held at different locations around the area, so check out each event page for more information on event locations.
Do children need a badge or general admission wristband to enter?
Yes. Children 8 and under receive free single day admission tickets (limit 2 per paid adult) and will require a wristband to enter the event. Online registration is not necessary. VIP Experience and Weekend badges for children 8 and under must be purchased.
Do you offer discounts for military, veteran or first responders?
Yes. We offer a discount of 50% off available tickets at the door to all active-duty military members, military veterans, police, firefighters and paramedics. Valid ID required at registration to receive discount. VIP Experience Pass discounts not available.

All ticket sales are nonrefundable and nontransferable and cannot be applied towards future events, no exceptions.
Will I receive my ticket(s) or badge(s) in the mail?
No. We do not mail tickets or badges. All online ticket purchases are handled through Eventbrite. After purchase your ticket(s) will be emailed to you. On the day of the event, you will need to bring them with you to the WIll Call registration table. Each ticket will be scanned and may only be used once, so please make an effort to safe guard your tickets.
Can I pick up my friend or family member’s ticket(s) or badge(s)?
No. Tickets and badges can only be picked up by the person who's name is listed on the printed ticket. ID may be required.
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
Yes. If tickets are still available, you may purchase them at registration. We highly encourage all attendees to purchase online prior to the event to guarantee a ticket. Please check the tickets page of our website for availability.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mater Card, AMEX and Discover. We also accept cash at the door.
Does my ticket include guests autographs, photographs or workshops?
No. All autographs and photographs are sold separately and at the discretion of the guest. Prices for autographs and photos may be available for pre-sale on our Tickets page. While we try to include all workshops and panels for free with ticket purchase, some may require paid admission to participate. Please check our Tickets page for any workshops or panels requiring a ticket to enter.
Do I have to pay for parking at the event?
No. The MS Coast Convention Center offers free parking for all convention attendees. Please note, any vehicles left in the parking lot overnight may be towed.
How old do I have to be to watch festival horror films?
All film's in the film festival are considered rated "R" and you must be at least 17 years old or accompanied by an adult if younger. These are horror films, so of course these movies may contain adult content, nudity, and sexual situations.
How old must you be to attend the Dead Carpet Party?
Attendees must be at least 18 years or older to attend the Dead Carpet Party.
How old must you be to participate in the Zombie Pub Crawl?
Participants must be 21 years or older to participate in the Zombie Pub Crawl. ID will be required at registration and at all participating bars upon entry, no exceptions.
Do you offer discount rates on hotels for attendees?
Yes. We offer discount rates at partnering hotels located nearby the convention center. Rooms are limited at the discount rates and may be purchased online on our Hotel page or by calling the partnering hotel and asking for the "Fear Fete" discount.
Is transportation available to and from your events?
Please check our website for any discounts that may be available for taxi and transportation services.
What guests will be at convention?
A list of appearing guests can be found on our Attend page. This list will be updated as we announce new guests and guest lineup is subject to change at any time, whether new additions or cancellations.
Do the guests charge for autographs?
Most guests charge for autographs. It is at the discretion of each guest to charge for their autograph and all prices are set by the guest. Also, autographs may be available for presale online through our Tickets page.
Can I bring a camera or camcorder to take pictures with the guests?
We encourage all attendees to bring your cameras and camcorders to the convention. However, some guests will only take photos with attendees at their tables, and others may not. It is at the discretion of each guest to decide if they will take photos with attendees, whether complimentary or purchased.
What can I bring to have a guests sign?
You can bring whatever you would like and it is at the discretion of the guests for the price of each autograph. Also, each guest has the right to refuse signing any materials or items that they deem offensive or inappropriate.
